Internship Opportunities With The Ramirez Carvallo Team
In partnership with NSU Florida, the Ramirez Carvallo Team offers internships to business students every semester. Details relating to our upcoming opportunities are listed below.
WINTER 2023 SEMESTER:
- 160 - 180 hours spread out over a 16-week program starting January 2023
- Students report directly to Natalie Ramirez and work closely with team members
- Mainly on-site and based out of our Weston, FL office
- Successful completetion of the internship may grant students 3 college credits + 1 ExEL unit

Choose Between Two Tracks: Licensed & Unlicensed
Licensed Track
The purpose of this role is to provide a highly-motivated student with practical experience needed to kick-start their real estate career. Interns will be mentored through the application of real estate best practices while onboarding with Coldwell Banker Realty. The licensed real estate intern will have the opportunity to grow their own business while supporting and learning from the Ramirez Carvallo Team.
Unlicensed Track
The purpose of this role is to provide a highly-motivated student with the opportunity to learn the ins-and-outs of the career of a real estate agent. Interns will be mentored and taught the basics of the real estate industry, business planning, and marketing. The unlicensed real estate intern will support the Ramirez Carvallo Team’s operations.
Not necessarily! The internship is open to any NSU undergraduate or graduate student who is studying within the H. Wayne Huizenga College of Business and Entrepreneurship.
